I grabbed this book as soon as it came out... I have a rather personal interest in Ms Elnaugh's Business Nightmares - as she features loud and strong in my own nightmares. But what I was looking for wasn't there... any kind of knoweldge of what their actions had on other people. For example - when Ms Elanugh put her company into administration, for it to rise from the askes within 24 hours, all debts written off, the knock on affect on other, less well-off enterpenuers was huge, for me it started 18 monts of hell - where my own business had to close, I lost my house, my business and a lot of my sanity - I was not alone!! Just 24 hours before she put the company into administration she promised me...'the cheques in the post'... hhhmmmmm
