This resource includes lots of fun ideas using quizzes and puzzles to help students at Key Stages 3 & 4 think about a range of occupations open to them and the skills they will need when starting work. The initial activities introduce students to the 23 different occupational areas covered by the CRCI system. These activities then naturally progress towards activities that highlight the skills that are needed when entering the workplace. The resource is compiled of lively and attractive activities that can be photocopied and used to supplement a programme of careers education or advice, and that relate closely to the National Framework for Careers Education. The activities are also ideal for group work, and can successfully be used as icebreakers or as part of a wider education programme.
